
2-minute-ish Savoury Toast
Simple and yet delicious. There are mornings where I just need to eat something tasty and delicious as quickly as possible. Toast to the rescue! I challenge you to the 2-minute-ish Toast challenge.

Ingredients
1 tomato
1 slice of bread
1 clove of garlic
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Optional toppings
Fresh basil, chopped
Everything but the bagel seasoning
Intructions
Toast your bread. I normally opt for the 2 dial on the toaster to keep it as close to 2 minutes as possible.
While your bread is toasting, chop your tomato nice and thinly. Spread it out across your chopping board and sprinkle with some salt and pepper to season.
When the toast pops, take a clove of garlic and gently rub it across your bread. Drizzle your olive oil across the bread and then top with your tomatoes.
If you’re feeling fancy, top with some freshly chopped basil or Everything but the bagel mixture.
