Olive oil
Pinch of sea salt

1 clove garlic (grated)
Intructions
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees. Get your rice cooking (I use a rice cooker so it normally takes about 20 minutes for me) Don't forget to wash your rice before cooking for the fluffiest rice.
While the oven is heating up, tear your block of tofu into smaller chunks. Add the tofu chunks to a bowl with the cornflour and black pepper and mix until well coated
Transfer to a lined baking sheet and roast in the oven for 20 minutes, tossing at the 10-minute mark. Set a timer for the 10 minutes as we will be adding the broccoli for the second 10 minutes.
While your tofu is toasting, you can start working on your sauce. In a jar, add the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, water, corn flour, grated ginger, and grated garlic. Pop the jar lid on tightly and shake it to combine it all together.
When your timer goes off, its time to roast your broccoli. Toss your tofu over to one side of the baking sheet and spread out your broccoli. This means less cleanup so it's a win-win. Drizzle your broccoli in a little olive oil and sea salt. Pop everything back in the oven and set your timer again for 10 minutes.
Add your spring onions and red chilli to your wok over medium heat and stir until fragrant. When there is 5 minutes left on your timer, add in the sauce. If the sauce gets too thick, add a splash of water.
When your tofu is ready, add to the wok. Stir everything to coat the tofu in your deliciously sticky sauce.
Plate your sticky tofu with rice and your roasted broccoli. Enjoy!
Notes
The smaller your tofu chunks are, the crunchier the final outcome will be!
