As part of my Postpartum prep, I made sure we had a freezer of ingredients that could be used to whip up a snack in less than 10 minutes. This was amazing when I needed an energy boost but didn't want to resort to biscuits and crisps.
2 cups frozen mixed berries
1 cup orange juice
Add the frozen berries and orange juice to a blender.
Blend until smooth. Serve straight away.
