Very berry juice

As part of my Postpartum prep, I made sure we had a freezer of ingredients that could be used to whip up a snack in less than 10 minutes. This was amazing when I needed an energy boost but didn't want to resort to biscuits and crisps.

Very berry juice

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries

  • 1 cup orange juice

Intructions

  1. Add the frozen berries and orange juice to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth. Serve straight away.
